Equipment will be held mid-July at TBD location. The balance of the registration fee is due at this time. Raffle tickets for the mandatory fundraiser will also need to be picked up on this date. |

Practice begins the last week of July or the first week of August. Practice will be Monday thru Friday 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Once school starts practices drop down to Tuesday, Thursdays and Friday from 5:30pm to 7pm. Some teams may choose to have practice on Saturday mornings as well. |

Games are usually played on Sundays. It is a 9-week season with playoffs to follow. We do play away games and parents are expected to get their child to and from the games. |

Chicagoland AYF recognizes any student, 5th grade and above, that has a grade level of 94% and up with a banquet. More details to follow once the season begins. |

Medical pre-participation forms are required to be part of Warriors football and cheerleading. This form must be complete by equipment pick-up. Forms are available on our website.
You may use your personal physician. In addition, we are offering an optional physical though Sportlink USA for $39.99. This will take place in June at Willowbrook High School. The physical includes a physical exam, a medical history review and a 2-view cardiac ultrasound screen. The physical does not include immunizations.

We will select team in accordance to the AYF – Chicagoland guidelines. We compete at the division two level whose goal is to field balanced and equally competitive teams. The priority for our organization is to have equal teams at all levels with no one team having an advantage over another team.
Consideration will be given to previous year’s teams and team request. However, there is no guarantee of team placement. |

The cost of football is $185.00 plus a mandatory non-refundable $75.00 fundraising. THE UNIFORMS (HELMET, SHOULDER PADS, GIRDLE, RIB GUARD, PRACTICE AND GAME PANTS PLUS PADS) ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE VILLA PARK WARRIORS YOUTH FOOTBALL AND MUST BE RETURNED AT THE END OF THE SEASON. Additional costs may be practice jersey, cleats, socks and lettering on jerseys. |
