Online Registration is now open for the 2010 season!

Registration is quick and easy. Simply complete the online form, agree to the "Code of Ethics" and mail in your registration fee.

Registration for the 2010 season is $185 made payable to Villa Park Warriors. A minimum deposit of $25 is due within 2 weeks of online registration. You will also be required to provide 2 copies of your child's birth certificate as well as a completed Medical Release Form (download now).

IMPORTANT: There will be an equipment fitting on April 7th at the Iowa Community Center from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. After this date, the registration fee will go up to $210.

When: Friday, April 9, 2010

Time: Dinner 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. followed by bowling

Where: Stardust Bowl in Addison

Cost: $50 per couple

The Candlelight Bowling event is for adults only and features the following:

2 Games Scotch Doubles Bowling and Shoes
1 Game "Crazy Bowl"
Dinner
Raffles
Split the Pot
